Dr.-Ing. Avgoustinos has an impressive and diverse educational and career background and holds a Doctor of Engineering (Dr.-Ing.) degree in Thermodynamics, and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University. He subsequently became a Chartered Accountant at KPMG in London and held Finance Director positions in various companies. In 2004, he took on the role of Managing Director at FirePro, where he has since been responsible for overseeing the company's operations and global expansion.

Dr. Gianfilippi de Parenti serves as the Technology and Executive Director at FirePro, boasting a remarkable career spanning over three decades in the field of fire suppression. He has been a pivotal figure in shaping international standards for condensed aerosol technology. Under his visionary leadership, Dr. Gianfilippi de Parenti is an active contributor to numerous committees and organizations dedicated to firefighting systems and extinguishing technology, holding memberships in ISO, CEN, NFPA, IMO, and UL.

Demetris is a distinguished professional holding a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Patras and an MBA from CIIM Business School. He boasts a wealth of experience gained through his career in prominent global enterprises, including S.K. Euromarket, Nova Energia, and Hilti. Throughout his tenure at FirePro, Demetris has brilliantly harnessed his personal charisma and outstanding sales and business development acumen to cultivate robust partnerships with stakeholders across the globe.

George is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background, including a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, a Masters in Engineering, and an MBA. His illustrious career boasts extensive expertise in international sales, business development, and engineering sector consulting. George's journey with FirePro commenced in 2015 when he assumed the role of Business Development Manager, entrusted with nurturing growth prospects across the Indian Pacific, African, and Asian regions.

Michael holds an MSc in Air Transport Management from Cranfield University and a BSc in Marketing and International Trade from the State University of New York. His international background has honed his expertise across diverse domains, including security, health and safety, project planning, business strategy, and financial management. At FirePro, his goal is to spearhead the expansion of market presence across multiple countries through innovative business development and sales strategies.

Alessandro, an accomplished professional, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Marketing from Lancaster University Management School (LUMS) and is a Chartered Accountant (ACA). With a wealth of expertise in operations, financial management garnered from diverse industry experiences, including roles at renowned firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and BDO in Cyprus, he is a valuable asset to the FirePro business development and marketing teams.

Craig is a valuable addition to the FirePro team, bringing with him decades of experience in the fire industry, with a strong focus on the Middle East region. His extensive background covers various aspects of the industry, including sales, business development, and general management. Companies he previously worked for include Tyco Fire & Security UAE, Fike Corporation Dubai, Chemours International and other. As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at FirePro since April 2023, Craig is well-positioned to leverage his knowledge and skills to contribute to the company's growth and success.

Michel holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering. His career has been marked by a wealth of experience in the field of fire safety and security, gained through his tenure at prominent multinational corporations. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager for FirePro in the Middle East & the Gulf, his primary objective is to foster enduring value for FirePro, its partner entities, and the ultimate beneficiaries – the end users.

Nikos holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology & Management from the University of Bradford and a Masters in International Business from Brunel. He has a wealth of experience spanning international sales, business development, and consulting within the engineering sector, has worked for corporations like Leon Engineering S.A., Ellactor Group, and Eaton Cooper Univel S.A., and brings a proven track record of success to the table.  He holds a dual role as FirePro's Business Development Manager, and General Manager at FirePro Hellas S.A., in Greece.

Gopalakrishnan Krishnan (GK) holds a Master's Degree in Physics and an MBA from the University of Madras. With a wealth of experience garnered from prominent Indian organizations such as Eureka Forbes and Firepro Systems India, GK possesses a diverse skill set encompassing consulting, operations, and market development. Within his role at FirePro, GK plays a pivotal role in shaping the landscape of Business Development, Channel Management, and Customer Service, within the Indian market.

Pedro holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA. His extensive career spans various domains, including engineering product sales, business development, and top-tier management roles within prominent multinational corporations such as ZF, Firetrace International Rotarex Brasil, and Siemens International. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager in Brazil, Pedro's strategic approach is characterized by its ability to cultivate and capitalize on growth opportunities and fostering robust connections with local partners and organizations.

Nicolaos holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, Germany. With a rich background and extensive experience in production, technology infrastructure, and operations management, gained at notable organizations such as Invenios Europe, Behl Worldwide, and General Electric, he serves as a strategic asset to the engineering landscape in Germany and aims to unlock and capitalize on the full market potential within these regions.

Jorge holds an Aeronautical Engineering degree from the National University of La Plata in Argentina. With an impressive three-decade-long career dedicated to the fire protection industry spanning across Latin America with companies such as Georgia Fire Systems, Fistoray, Caele and Deadoro, he holds the vital role of Business Development Manager, overseeing the Spanish-speaking markets in Central and South America. Jorge's hands-on approach enables him to foster meaningful connections with our valued business partners and capitalize on emerging market prospects.

Mike, as the Business Development Manager for Southern Africa, boasts a long tenure in the realm of IT and electronic security. His wealth of technical expertise serves as the driving force behind the exploration of lucrative opportunities within the mining, commercial, and industrial sectors. Mike's commitment and adaptability play pivotal roles in the continual expansion of market prospects throughout the region.

Mark holds a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from Tongji University, China. Boasting a wealth of expertise across diverse domains such as marketing, product management, and safety management, he has significantly contributed to renowned organizations like Carrier F&S and Bayer Material Science. Mark has established a commendable track record in the fire products and fire prevention industry. Currently, Mark assumes a pivotal role in business development management, channel management, and marketing insight within the dynamic Chinese market.

Michelle Wong holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Tunku Abdul Rahman College in Malaysia. With extensive experience in sales and marketing, she has excelled as an account manager and sales engineer, making significant contributions to renowned organizations such as Tyco, Honeywell, and Victaulic. Michelle has spent a decade in the fire industry, specializing in fire detection and mechanical solutions. She currently serves as the Business Development Manager for Southeast Asia, driving sales growth across the region while being based in Malaysia.

Elena boasts a diverse academic background, holding a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cyprus and a Master’s in Human Resource Management and Corporate Strategy from CIM in Cyprus. Elena plays a pivotal role in FirePro, where she skilfully oversees the management of the company's worldwide distributor network while providing invaluable support to the Business Development Managers.

Costas, a recent addition to FirePro as of February 2024, brings a wealth of experience in R&D, innovation and product support. With an impressive19-year career in the defense industry, in various roles, he has accumulated a diverse range of experience and skills. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree (BEng) from the University of Pretoria in South Africa and a Post Graduate Business Management diploma (PGDip) from the Henley Business School in Johannesburg.

Loucas’ robust educational background encompasses a Bachelor's in Electronic Systems Engineering, a Masters in Telecommunication & Information Systems. His journey with FirePro commenced in 2011, and since then, he has become an indispensable asset to our organization.  Loucas oversees critical functions such as technical trainings, research and development (R&D), system design, rigorous testing, and providing essential technical support. He actively participates as a member in renowned professional bodies, including the I.E.E.E., European Committee on Fixed Fire-Fighting Systems CEN/TC 191, and European Committee on Automatic Fire Detection Systems and Fire Alarm CEN/TC 72.

Michalis is armed with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Birmingham and a Master's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. His rich educational background lays a strong foundation for his career. Michalis leverages his extensive experience in technical support and telecommunications to spearhead complex projects within our organization. He excels in project management and thrives in collaborative settings, working closely with our Research and Development (R&D) team to drive innovation and elevate existing technologies to new heights.

Α Senior Marketing Professional with extensive experience in crafting and executing highly effective marketing strategies across diverse industry verticals, Panayiotis has joined FirePro in March 2024 with the sole aim of tackling the company’s overall international marketing goals and objectives.  With solid educational background, a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Indianapolis and a Master’s degree in Sociology, and a career journey in the technology sector, Panayiotis blends theoretical knowledge with practical insights. 

Christiana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing Management from University of Northumbria in the UK. In her role, she takes the helm of all aspects related to expos, events, and corporate communications.  Christiana plays a pivotal role in the broader spectrum of Marketing and Business Development endeavors, with a primary objective of cultivating, strengthening, and sustaining enduring relationships with key stakeholders and partners on a global scale.

Mila Tanasi serves as the Digital Marketing Manager at FirePro, boasting over a decade of experience in the field of marketing. With a Master's degree in Communication Science from the University of Amsterdam and extensive professional exposure spanning across various industries and international settings, Mila brings a distinctive combination of competencies and insights to her role. Her main area of expertise centers on online media and campaign planning, where she boasts an intricate grasp of crucial facets such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and other related areas.

Kleio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia and Graphic Arts from the Cyprus University of Technology. Kleio joined FirePro in 2020 and in her role she creatively develops compelling illustrations, logos, layouts, and graphic designs for our diverse range of publications, exhibitions, events, and corporate communications.  She very skilful and creatively establishes and maintains FirePro’s visual identity of the brand, reflecting the company's core values and objectives.

George boasts a remarkable academic background, holding a Master's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, complemented by an MBA from the University of Cyprus’ School of Economics and Management. His academic qualifications are matched only by his extensive experience, with a proven track record in both IT management and renewable energy solutions. Within the FirePro team, George excels as a problem-solving maestro, particularly when tackling critical engineering challenges.

Loucas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cyprus, complemented by an MBA from the European University’ School of Economics and Management. He worked for 11 years in the Pharmaceutical industry in diverse roles ranging from QA Engineer to Head of Logistics and Head of Customer Orders Execution, gaining extensive experience in compliance, operations, and commercial areas of the business. He joined FirePro Systems Ltd at the end of 2023 in the challenging position of Assistant Procurement Manager. His wealth of experience positions him as a valuable asset in this pivotal role.

Dr. Lambrou is a distinguished professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering and an Engineering Doctorate (EngD) in Machining Science from the University of Sheffield, representing a formidable blend of academic excellence and practical expertise gained during his work as a Research Engineer at Rolls-Royce. His journey with FirePro commenced in 2017 and has since been characterized by outstanding contributions. Drawing from his extensive background in high precision manufacturing, project management, and production line optimization, Dr. Lambrou plays a pivotal role within our organization in product development and optimization, while ensuring the highest standards of product quality through compliance and certification to multiple international standards.

Kypros holds an MEng Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and an MSc in Materials and Manufacturing Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark, and has experience in manufacturing and product development. In June 2023, Kypros joined the Firepro team as a Technical Engineer, where his primary focus is in the key areas of enhancing production line efficiency and developing innovative product solutions.

Sotiris holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cyprus, a Master's degree in Composite Materials from Imperial College London, and an MBA from the Cyprus Institute of Marketing.

Before joining FirePro Systems Ltd in July 2024, Sotiris accumulated eight years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, advancing from an Associate to a Senior Validation Specialist while playing a key role in various complex engineering projects.

In his current role as a Certification Engineer at FirePro, Sotiris is committed to staying current with industry standards, regulations, and certification requirements, ensuring our products consistently achieve the highest levels of compliance and excellence.

Iliana Papamichael holds an MSc in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and recently completed her Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering.  Her expertise centers on assessing and enhancing environmental performance, utilizing methodologies like Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Material Flow Analysis (MFA), and key sustainability metrics to guide sustainable practices. She has extensive experience in business model and strategy development, with a strong focus on waste management and sustainable development aligned with EU regulations, strategic frameworks, action plans, and quality protocols. In her new role with the Fire Pro team as Compliance and Sustainability Engineer, she is set to contribute significantly to sustainable compliance practices.

Andy possesses a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wales, a testament to his strong educational foundation. His association with FirePro dates back to 2015, and since then, he has been an integral part of our team. Leveraging his diverse background in operations management, Andy assumes a vital role within FirePro. He offers invaluable insights and contributions to our operational and process governance, ensuring strict adherence to critical aspects such as Health and Safety guidelines and internationally recognized standards like ISO 9001, among others.

Petros has an impressive educational background, holding degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Aeronautics (Dıpl.-Ing) from University of Patras, a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Petroleum Engineering from University of Cyprus and Master of Science (MSc) in Welding Engineering from University of Cranfield. In his role as FirePro's Production Manager, he oversees a diverse array of responsibilities from planning to supervising to ensuring our manufacturing processes are both dependable and efficient. His commitment to excellence ensures our operations run smoothly and our products consistently meet the highest quality benchmarks expected by our valued customers. 

Dr. Kotsapa holds both a Bachelor's degree and a Doctorate in Chemistry from the University of Southampton. Her journey with FirePro began in 2016 when she assumed the role of Assistant Chemical Production Manager. Drawing from her experience in projects centered around advanced materials for energy storage at Southampton Science Park, Dr. Kotsapa plays a pivotal role in our production. Her responsibilities encompass process optimization, ensuring stringent quality control, and upholding the highest production standards.

Dr. Mace's qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from Loughborough University and a Doctorate in Organic Chemistry from the University of East Anglia. His extensive background as a Senior Chemist in the UK Defence sector spanning eight years makes him a valuable addition to the FirePro team. In 2022, he assumed the role of Assistant Chemical Production Manager, with a primary focus on upholding stringent production standards and spearheading advancements in chemical production and research and development (R&D).

Stavros holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Cyprus University of Technology, and joined FirePro as the Quality Controller.  In this capacity, he diligently oversees daily quality control checks conducted at our manufacturing facilities, ensuring that production consistently aligns with our desired quality standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and more.

Demos holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and boasts a wealth of accounting experience spanning various industries. In his role as Financial Controller, he oversees crucial financial functions, including, cash-flow management, and reporting requirements. Demos plays a pivotal role in upholding accounting policies, instating best practices, managing FirePro's Finance and accounting operations. He effectively communicates essential financial insights to the executive team.

Georgia is an FCCA qualified accountant (since 2013) and holds a degree in Business Administration from Athens University of Economics. Georgia worked for over ten years in the profession and in the industry, including a big four accounting firm. Georgia joined FirePro Systems Ltd. in 2018 and is currently the Assistant Financial Controller.

Nikoletta is an accomplished professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Cyprus. She achieved ACA qualification in 2022, establishing her as a qualified accountant. With a solid foundation and over five years of experience in external auditing, Nikoletta joined FirePro as Financial Reporting Accountant in February 2024. Her expertise in financial reporting, coupled with her analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail, make her an asset to the company's financial management team.

Constantinos holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Reading and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Cyprus International Institute of Management. With an extensive background spanning eight years in forwarding and supply chain management, he assumed the role of Logistics Manager at FirePro. His primary focus revolves around optimizing the importation of raw materials and coordinating exports for the company.

Fytoula holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Services and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB) in the UK. With a strong background in operations, audit, and corporate governance, she ensures flawless product ordering and delivery, optimizing internal standards and supply chain efficiency. Fytoula aims for enhanced internal standards and streamlined supply chain efficiency ensuring optimal performance.

Elena holds a BSc in Chemistry and Biology, as well as an MBA in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior and Development from the George Washington University in Washington DC, USA. Drawing from her extensive HRM expertise, gained through roles at both international and local organizations, Elena joined FirePro in 2022, taking on the pivotal role of Human Resources Manager. Her responsibilities primarily revolve around talent acquisition and the cultivation of a thriving organizational culture, emphasizing talent management.
